This update provides customization of tax types (GST, VAT, TCS etc), meal plans and room types along with allowing you to add Two-Factor authentication (2FA) to add more security layers to your and team's accounts. This update also introduces a new report which give you a detailed cost and profit analysis for a single trip.

This update primary focuses on downloads of Monthly Tour Operations Data and Monthly Tour Check-Ins Reports. Along with that, this update has improved the dashboard to make it more compatible for multiple-timezone/office setup which required a major change from development side to reduce any requirements from your end.

This update introduces bookings managements for Travel Activities/Tickets and includes overall improvements in the day-wise itinerary creation process in quotation, rates for bookings (along with selling rates), tour operational calendar and bookings, supplier management for transportation and activities, along with many small bug fixes.

This update introduces a new dashboard for overall monitoring, follow-ups and To-Dos. Now there three new roles for Reservations and Data Operators teams. Along with that, you can now download the list of incoming and outgoing instalments. The sales team now sort the leads by last follow-up time to improve the follow-up process.

With this update, you can further customize Transportation and Itinerary sections of your Quote Email and PDF Templates and download the Quote Email content as Word Docx file. This release also includes notable updates such as Accounts and Transaction Excel Exports, Child age and Hotel check-in/out customization for Destinations, Hotel contact details during Booking Enquiry Email, Improved FB Integration and some other enhancements.

You can now set custom greetings for quotation emails and pdfs along with fonts and text configuration. The greetings support rich text formatting such as bold, italic, links and more. Update to latest version and find more details in the app.

This update includes improvements in your sales reports, providing salesperson wise, destination wise and trip source wise reports with revenue and profits.

Create quotation with multiple categories/options, use different costing currencies in quotes, automate exchange rates using master data and more.

This update includes a bunch of small new features and security updates to your Sembark Dashboard.

Now you can generate Proforma Invoices for your sales in few clicks. Invoices will use details from your Trip Sources, Organization's billing details and Selling Quotation to auto-populate items and billing details. An Origin City / Place of Supply can also be attached to trips to better analyse your Sales.
